PRICES

All prices are in Australian dollars.
Availability & pricing of items are subject to change without notice.
No additional discounts available on sale stock.
Wholesale pricing is available on application.

ORDERING

Minimum order for wholesale customers is $200.
Please use a current price list when ordering, to avoid any conflict.
Orders accepted via website, by telephone, fax, mail or email.
Please note that colours of products may vary slightly from website with some items, due to photo process.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders are despatched within 48 hours. During holiday times & public holidays this may vary.
Please allow for this during these times and order in advance.
Some postage services may take longer as we are located in Perth, please consider our distance from the Eastern States when ordering.
Delivery from Perth to major Capital cities is usually 3-4 days as a guide, if you live in a country area it will take longer.
For freight/handling charges on large orders (wholesale) please email for a quote.

PAYMENT

Payment options accepted are direct deposit, paypal and offline credit card.
All goods remain the property of Swish Homewares until payment is received in full unless other arrangements have being made (this applies to wholesale customers only).

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if goods are returned in there original condition.
A credit note will be issued for use on an alternative product, refunds will not be given.
All credit note’s will have a period of 12 months before expiry.
Refunds will only be given if an item is faulty. (this is up to the discrepency of Swish Homewares).

We maintain a careful privacy procedure and only contact you regarding your orders or newsletters if selected.
Your information will never be sold to another company.
